Terms of Use
Effective November 6, 2026
Therapist Made Simple is operated by AQC Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" and "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you use therapistmadesimple.com or buy our guides. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Our guides are digital PDF files, in English. Right after purchase, we email you a link to your library, where you can download them anytime. Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
How you can use the guides
When you buy, you get a license to use the guides in your own work. You can keep the files on your own devices, print copies for your office, fill in and copy the note and treatment-plan templates for your own clients, and, if you bought the 50 Client Handouts, print and give them to your own clients.
You may not resell, upload, or otherwise publish the files, or use them to create a course, class, or competing product. The guides and everything in them are © AQC Technologies LLC.
An independent guide
Therapist Made Simple is an independent field guide for new clinicians, built from public clinical sources. It is not supervision, not a license course and not continuing education (CE). It is not affiliated with any licensing board or professional association.
The guides are not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician and do not claim to be. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ACA, NBCC, APA, AAMFT, NASW, SAMHSA or any state licensing board. Those names are used only to say where the public guidance in the guides comes from.
Using the guides
The guides describe common ways to structure sessions, write notes and treatment plans, and handle hard moments, drawn from public clinical sources. They are not supervision, clinical advice about any client, legal advice, or continuing education, and they do not count toward any license or CE requirement. Your supervisor, your agency's policies, your licensing board's rules and your state's laws come first. For safety concerns, follow your agency's protocol and talk to your supervisor; the guides describe process only and never tell you what to decide.
We work hard to keep every page accurate. If you spot an error, please email us and we'll fix it.
No promise of results
The guides describe methods, not outcomes. We don't promise that any method will lead to any particular result, such as a client outcome, a supervisor's evaluation, or passing a licensing exam. If the kit isn't for you, our 7-day money-back guarantee (therapistmadesimple.com/refund) applies.
Limitation of liability
The guides and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
